Soft reset My Jiayu G4

Step 1:
Make a backup. Be aware you may lose data in the process of resetting your mobile device.

Step 2:
Go to settings, scrole down to backup & reset and push reset tablet/phone.

Hard reset My Jiayu G4

Step 1:

Step 2:
Turn the Jiayu off.
Hold the volume down button.
Press and release the power button.
the Jiayu will show a menu: fastbook, recovery, clear storage, and simlock
Select clear storage by pressing the volume down button
Press and release the power button
Confirm with volume up
